Some items which Pekley Tackle LLC,  (DBA Silver Skalez Tackle) sells are subject to Proposition 65, which warns if products are carcinogenic (cancer-causing), or can cause reproductive harm, we make a good-faith effort to alert you, in the product descriptions, when products are subject to Proposition 65, by exhibiting this warning:

Pekley Tackle LLC, (DBA Silver Skalez Tackle) sells items which are manufactured both domestically and internationally. With that being said, we require our manufacturers to comply with supply chain standards which include but are not limited to, laws regarding slavery and human trafficking. Supplier's who are found to be in violation of these standards will be terminated immediately.
